The first edition of BeerForum, comprising a cycle of events entirely dedicated to the brewing sector, will be taking place at SIMEI 2024. Organised in collaboration with Birra Nostra, along with the programme of conferences and seminars (available here), there will also be a series of appetising opportunities for technical updating thanks to the rich calendar of interactive workshops.
From 12 to 15 November, 6 events will be held with the aim of analysing the new production styles, revealing new techniques available to brewing masters today and examining the use of alternative ingredients such as fruit and grapes.
Here is the programme.
N.B. Participation in the workshops is free. However, the maximum number of participants in each workshop is 30. It is therefore essential to book and confirm your attendance using the appropriate form at this link
