SIMEI goes beyond the exhibition space to become a meeting point connecting “liquid food” operators and exhibiting companies that offer the best technologies for the entire beverage sector.

Not only wine then but also beer, spirits and olive oil, all in a modern “agora” that allows a confrontation between those who produce technological innovation, those who use it daily and those who set the “rules of the game.”

The events are coordinated by Unione Italiana Vini, as organizer of the exhibition, together with Birra Nostra for “Beerforum” a space dedicated to craft beers, Craft Distilling Italy for “Distillo” (the events dedicated to spirits) and Olio Officina for olive oils.
