The first edition of BeerForum, comprising a cycle of events entirely dedicated to the brewing sector, was held at SIMEI 2024. Organised in collaboration with Birra Nostra, along with the programme of conferences and seminars, there were also a series of appetising opportunities for technical updating thanks to the rich calendar of interactive workshops.
From 12 to 15 November, 6 events were held with the aim of analysing the new production styles, revealing new techniques available to brewing masters today and examining the use of alternative ingredients such as fruit and grapes.
