- the brief informationabout the creation;

- detailed technical descriptions and drawings illustrating the basic features, functionality, originality, advantages and application field of application of the creation (see Art.5, point 2 of Regulations), in pdf format;

- a series of photos and/or brochures (see Art.45 point 3 of Regulations), in pdf or jpg format;

- documentation of the experimental tests run on the creation - preferably carried out by certified Institutes or specialised centres - in support of the innovative features of the creation that may be shown by the test results and claimed by the exhibiting company (see Art.5, point 4 of Regulations), in pdf or jpg format;

- if applicable, the copy of EC declaration of conformity and instruction manual according to Directive 2006/42/EC (see Art.5, point 5 of Regulations), in pdf format;

- a 2-minute film (see Art.5, point 6 of Regulations);
