How can I access the event?

To access the event, each visitor must have a valid ticket. The ticket can be obtained free of charge online via the pre-registration page. After registering, the ticket will be sent directly by email. Each ticket allows entry for one visitor only

Is the ticket paid?

No,the ticket is completely free of charge and no payment is required

Do I need to print the ticket?

Digital tickets must be printed in full, keeping the QR code clearly readable. Alternatively, the ticket can be shown on a mobile device

Accessibility

The Co-organization and Fiera Milano provide dedicated services for visitors with disabilities. A pass to access these services can be requested by writing to fieraccessibile@fieramilano.it 

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside exhibition halls and service areas. The ban also applies to outdoor areas where combustible materials are present or where indicated, and includes the use of electronic cigarettes

Can I use personal mobility devices?

Circulating with any electric or manual vehicle within the Exhibition Centre is prohibited. Exceptions apply only to mobility aids for people with reduced mobility

Is the use of drones allowed?

No,the use of remotely piloted aircraft (drones) is prohibited within the Exhibition Centre

Can I bring animals?

No, animals are not allowed. The only exceptions are:

• guide dogs for visually impaired people
• law enforcement canine units, in compliance with applicable regulations
