From ties and shelters for the vineyard to pipes, gaskets and parts of oenological machines and equipment, up to packaging, there are many plastic objects that we routinely use in the vineyard and in the winery. But how much do we really know about the characteristics, differences, risks, requirements, sustainability, innovation and management of plastics?
