The "revolution" of craft breweries from America to Italy will be the focus of the meeting featuring Craft Distilling to be held on Tuesday 15 November at SIMEI, the international wine and bottling equipment exhibition taking place at Fiera Milano. The event open to professionals and enthusiasts in the sector is at 3 p.m., when some of the most prestigious distillers on the international scene will be taking the stage – moderated by the owners of Craft Distilling, Claudio Riva and Davide Terziotti – to relate their personal experience in a seminar dedicated to this fast-growing trend. "Craft distillation - as confirmed by the experts Riva and Terziotti, present at the fair as supporting partners with the exhibition DISTILLO, the annual trade fair for craft distillation - has seen enormous growth in the United States over the last twenty years, with over two thousand breweries operating at present. The micro-breweries fever first hit the United Kingdom and then France and eventually Italy with new smoking stills and a great interest in the sector".

The presence of Craft Distilling and DISTILLO at SIMEI, also with a stand during the four days of the event, is particularly significant. It is also thanks to the efforts of Riva and Terziotti, in fact, and events like the one on Tuesday 15 November at Fiera Milano in Rho, that the world of craft distillation holds a rightful place at the Milanese exhibition, that in turn is considered the most important in the world in the wine technology sector today.
