The extraordinary value of the sustainability report in the olive and oil sector

A working environment such as the olive and olive oil industry cannot be separated from a sustainable development perspective.  In 1987, with the report " Our Common Future", Gro Harlem Brundtland, Chairman of the World Commission on Environment and Development, formulated guidelines for sustainable development that are still valid today. The logic is clear: meeting the needs of the present generation cannot compromise the possibility of future generations to satisfy their own". In the light of this evidence, one wonders how the reports are formulated in the olive sector, economic, environmental and social development.
