Brewing in Sardinia - Instant analytical check of the brewing process with FOSS FTIR BeerFoss FT Go technology.

Nicola Perra, owner of the Sardinian craft brewery, will explain how rapid analysis with the BeerFoss FT Go adds value when producing a range of 20 labels that are all unpasteurized, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle. Among them, 12 are made with grape must deriving from native Sardinian vines and processed in an innovative way.
