Libero Beverage and Libero Wine

A technological solution for the implementation of the process of de-alcoholization of wines with the use of membranes. The Libero Wine version, in particular, thanks to the combination of reverse osmosis with vacuum distillation, allows for the partial removal of ethanol and the continuous reincorporation of endogenous water. In the construction of the equipment, particular attention was paid to improving the performance of the membranes in order to limit the loss of aromas during treatment.
