Mr. Rizzolio, your company specialises in bottling and canning machines. Could you tell us about your machinery dedicated to the beer industry? In the brewing sector, we offer semi-automatic and automatic bottling machines, ideal for small productions up to a maximum of 800 bottles or cans per hour. The machines are designed and built by us, and are exported all over the world, supporting manufacturers who want to move from manual work to a more efficient process. One feature that emerges when visiting your website is the orientation towards craft breweries. How do you position yourselves in this market, and what is the approximate percentage of "small" customers compared to larger ones? Our main target is craft breweries and small producers, who represent about 90% of our clientele. Brewers that sometimes brew as a second job, bottling perhaps only on weekends, and do not need particularly large lines. Our machines are the first step after manual work: simple, robust and suitable for limited spaces. The remaining 10% of our customers are larger companies that use our machines in the laboratory for production tests. |

What makes you the proudest of your machines? Is there anything customers particularly appreciate?
Definitely the construction quality, since we produce everything in-house, guaranteeing reliability and durability. But the real strength is our after-sales service. We are contactable on Sundays too as we know that small producers could have a problem right when they are bottling. Ours is a direct and punctual service, a service that distinguishes us, without fixed hours, without filters from call centres, without bureaucracy. Often a phone call or a video call is enough to solve the problem.
Are your machines easily integrated into existing production lines? For example, with upstream depalletisers or downstream canning machines?
Our automatic lines can be inserted in line with conveyor belts. Empty bottles enter on one side and come out capped and labelled on the other. But for our typical customers, there is generally no room for complex palletisers or cartoners. They have minimal productions, without the need for complex packaging systems.
We design tailor-made systems to the customer's specifications for customised integrations, compliant with Industry 4.0, to obtain tax deductions, for example, always respecting our philosophy of making everything streamlined and accessible.
